I'm an analytics and AI leader based in Ontario, Canada, with over two decades of experience across Canadian financial services, pensions, and healthcare. I specialize in data strategy, Microsoft Fabric implementation, Azure data pipelines, and predictive modeling — always with the goal of turning complex data into insights that drive real outcomes.

Currently, I lead health data and analytics at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital, where I oversee the Health Information Management department and have modernized our data infrastructure with Microsoft Fabric, medallion architecture, and a shift toward proactive, Agile data product delivery.

Previously, I spent over a decade at HOOPP, progressing from BI analyst to senior management, where I launched nationally recognized research programs and built enterprise analytics capabilities. I hold a Master of Management Analytics (ML/AI specialization) from Queen's University, Smith School of Business.
